Hey! So happy you opened up to me about this issue. I think that it’s great that you are seeking professional psychiatric help, and I don’t think you should worry about stopping your “unhealthy eating habits” on your own because you shouldn’t put that much pressure on yourself. Therapists are literally there to help you with whatever problem you are struggling with. Please don’t be afraid to open up to him/her and, also, fear is natural!
